About the role

  • Lead strategic consumer experience initiatives for Disney’s partnership with Epic Games to develop a digital universe connected to Fortnite
  • Define product needs and program manage cross-functional teams across Disney Digital Entertainment, other TWDC divisions, and Epic Games
  • Develop end-to-end consumer journeys across multiple physical and digital touchpoints
  • Define product strategies and solutions that meet stakeholders’ business goals and needs
  • Construct cross-platform user journeys, detailed product requirements, and user stories
  • Lead end-to-end management, internal communications, and planning of key cross-functional workstreams; define objectives, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, identify risks and mitigations, and facilitate resolution
  • Report to the VP of Content Mobilization

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably at the Walt Disney Company, Project Management, or Games
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure product success
  • Comfortable navigating a large, matrixed organization and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage high priority initiatives with accelerated timelines
  • Passion for Disney storytelling and building world class interactive experiences
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (Airtable, Confluence, Smartsheet, Miro)
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development processes
  • Customer-obsessed, innovative, and highly resourceful
  • Willing to travel if needed
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience (MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus)
