Conduct market research, subscriber behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform marketing and loyalty strategies
Support financial modeling, scenario planning, and evaluation of new product features and Perks initiatives
Assist in tracking deliverables, utilizing Airtable, and managing strategic roadmaps for new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives
Support internal and external stakeholder alignment and partner relationships
Synthesize complex information into compelling presentations and recommendations for both team-level and executive audiences
Help in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives
Provide strategic insights and operational support to the leadership team
Assist in creating branding guides, positioning statements, and compelling stories
Track and maintain assets related to new features, experiences, and loyalty initiatives
Contribute to project management, business case development, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams
Full-time internship commitment January 2026–June 2026, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm)
Requirements
Must be in pursuit of an MBA or Masters in Marketing or Business at time of application
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Passion for marketing and streaming
Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across departments at all levels
Ability to craft stories and create visually appealing presentations
Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to tackle new challenges

Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, or business case development
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, PowerPoint (or similar tools), with experience using project management platforms
Preferred: Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics)
Preferred: Prior exposure to entertainment, streaming, technology, or consumer subscription businesses
Preferred: Familiarity with loyalty, product marketing, or consumer engagement programs
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Glendale, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
