About the role

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments
Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth
Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability
Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations
Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform recommendations
Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both
Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level
Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with understanding of operational inefficiencies
Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred
Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience with accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis
Strong communication skills, able to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Availability during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
