About the role
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the funnel to optimize traffic quality and conversion.
- Champion the Guest experience by translating consumer needs, pain points, data, and market trends into outcome-driven product priorities.
- Provide strong thought partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on value, strategic objectives , and data-driven decision making.
- Synthesize complex inputs across large product lines/verticals to deliver a clear product definition and strategic roadmap.
- Develop technical strategies and supervise the day-to-day activities and deliverables of the development team.
- Mentor and grow talent.
- Manage digital features in production, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and MVP to scaling and optimization.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, design, marketing, and data science to develop and refine features.
- Leverages AI to improve guest experiences, as well as drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business , Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital environments
- 4+ years of leading development teams
- Proven track record in delivering scalable digital experiences
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
- Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience leading and recruiting technical teams, including software engineers, system and platform engineers, software architects, and technical project managers
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Preferred Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Developer is a plus
- Background in travel, leisure or e-commerce industries
