About the role

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the funnel to optimize traffic quality and conversion.
  • Champion the Guest experience by translating consumer needs, pain points, data, and market trends into outcome-driven product priorities.
  • Provide strong thought partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on value, strategic objectives , and data-driven decision making.
  • Synthesize complex inputs across large product lines/verticals to deliver a clear product definition and strategic roadmap.
  • Develop technical strategies and supervise the day-to-day activities and deliverables of the development team.
  • Mentor and grow talent.
  • Manage digital features in production, monitor KPIs, report to leadership, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and MVP to scaling and optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, marketing, and data science to develop and refine features.
  • Leverages AI to improve guest experiences, as well as drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business , Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital environments
  • 4+ years of leading development teams
  • Proven track record in delivering scalable digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience leading and recruiting technical teams, including software engineers, system and platform engineers, software architects, and technical project managers
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Preferred Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Developer is a plus
  • Background in travel, leisure or e-commerce industries
