About the role
- Deliver on the end-to-end design process; translating quantitative and qualitative insights into high quality experiences that drive real results
- Influence and craft the product and feature design direction by partnering closely with other designers, PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and other enterprise partners
- Rapidly conceptualize and prototype solutions at the right level of fidelity, with the right tools
- Contribute to design system and component libraries as needed
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines and style guides
- Be the “voice in the room” that always puts the user first
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in UI/UX design work
- Proficient in overall design & design management – effective at keeping in alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Exemplary customer communication and strategic planning skills
- A data-driven approach with experience bringing to bear quantitative and qualitative data to analyze content
- Strong technical acuity with experience working efficiently across multiple tools and/or content management systems
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to adjust communication style by audience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
