Call Center Representative

• Provide outstanding customer service while managing and coordinating healthcare services between patients, family members, care providers, and other healthcare institutions
• Schedule appointments and provide support, education, and guidance to patients and providers
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Document customer interactions and record inquiry, comment, and complaint details
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Meet or exceed service-level quality and productivity metrics
• Stay up to date with product, service, and promotion information
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
• Perform other duties assigned by Contact Center leadership
