• Establishes a strong community relations network.
• Plan and implement recruitment strategy for first-year students in assigned territory.
• Meet regularly with directors of recruitment to monitor progress towards goals and make changes and adjustments to recruitment strategy as needed.
• Attend high school visits, college fairs, off-campus interviews and regional/school specific programming.
• Conceptualize, organize, host, or participate in on-campus programming, including daily visits, admission event programs, one-on-one and group interviews, and presentations.
• Conceptualize, organize, host, or participate in off-campus programming, receptions, dinners, one-on-one and group interviews, and presentations.
• With directors of recruitment and data team, conduct territory-specific data collection, analysis, and strategy development.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive outreach to prospective students, families, and other university constituents via email, phone, mail, text, and other online platforms.
• Respond promptly to prospective students, parents, and other university constituents’ requests via email, phone, text, and other online platforms.
• Establish ongoing communication with high school guidance counselors.
• Establish a parent and alumni network.
• Conducts summer educational outreach programming.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with students and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
