💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Developing & executing regional L&D initiatives in line with wider People strategy.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess training needs of local workforce.
- L&D Program design and delivery including TTC Induction, Leadership, Mentorship, Professional Development etc.
- Business Partnership to Senior Leadership within North America, ensuring local needs are supported and trends are identified within the global matrix.
- Ensuring alignment with global L&D strategies and local workforce requirements.
- Partner with P&C to ensure Performance Management processes are implemented, reported and actioned across the region, including performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.
- Report on key learning metrics, demonstrating ROI on learning activations.
- Managing budgets and resources for training programs.
- Management and optimisation of Learning Management System (Litmos).
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR, L&D, OD, Learning Design etc. - Highly regarded
- Minimum 7 years developing and delivering training in corporate environment
- Psychometric and Coaching Accreditation – Highly Regarded
- Instructional Design experience essential – live, online, digital tools
