Collaborating with business and IT partners to define technology strategy and architect solutions
Providing technical direction, influencing key stakeholders and driving alignment
Selecting new technology, reducing ecosystem complexity, and maintaining operational stability
Defining or evolving the overall solution architecture(s) required to scale IT solutions in the CCRS and GSS areas to meet global enterprise needs

Requirements

Solution Architecture experience with expertise in integration
Experience setting enterprise technology direction
Strong solution architecture & technical design experience
Ability to design solutions that are appropriate to the problem at hand – in terms of simplicity, cost, and support required
Familiarity with multiple architecture disciplines, including application, information, integration, infrastructure, and security
Practical application of cloud computing concepts
Familiarity with application architecture fundamentals, e.g. Service Architecture, Agile, DevSecOps, NFR’s
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
Ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders and to use informal influencing skills to gain consensus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adversity
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
