About the role
- Design and produce digital campaign components such as bespoke long-read articles and other innovative, story-driven formats
- Take ownership of your work and be responsible for the quality and punctuality from initial stage all the way through to final production and delivery.
- Attend internal meetings to capture any creative requirements and wider campaign objectives, present and discuss design and UX where required.
- Collaborate with fellow team members as well as colleagues from other areas of the business to ensure timely product deployment
- Stay abreast of emerging design/development trends and culture to help form new product ideas and strategies
- To present creative concepts and articulate design thinking to internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Respond to feedback constructively and iterate designs to achieve the best outcome.
- To manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, on budget and to brief.
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience as a Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair, conceptual thinking and polished execution.
- Ability to own projects independently from concept to delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high production standards.
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory, usability and accessibility.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present and discuss ideas.
- Proficiency in Framer, Figma, and Creative Cloud.
