About the role
- Responsible for selling all Compass products to the market in line with targets set by Director of Commercial Strategic Growth
- Leverage existing contacts in the research industry to find key sales opportunities for the Compass offering
- Liaise with the Compass team to share feedback from the market
- Provide insights on how best to position the Compass offering to best engage with potential clients
Requirements
- Proven data sales experience (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to uncover new briefs, identify key market opportunities and convert these into net new revenue for TMG
- Excellent client management skills
- Experience in pitching and winning business in research, insights and data solutions.
- Commercial background in research, insights, and digital media - either at an agency or research platform provider
- Keen understanding of relevant technology, terminology, research techniques and processes.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible language for communications and pitches.
- Proven track record of conveying the business value of research and insights products
- Demonstrates high integrity and emotional intelligence, able to lead, influence, persuade.
