- Both executive calendars: proactively managed, conflicts resolved before they become problems
- High-volume inboxes: triaged, prioritized, and responded to with investor-grade precision
- All travel logistics: multi-leg, multi-exec, seamless
- Meeting preparation agendas: briefing packets, action items tracked to close
- Investor and stakeholder communications: drafted and sent on behalf of leadership
- Cross-functional follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Systems and tools: Google Workspace, CRM, task platforms, all kept tight
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
- Expert-level Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Proven complex travel coordination experience
- Exceptional written communication, you write at an executive level
- U.S.-based; Pacific or Central time zone strongly preferred
- Compensation aligned with $85,000–$95,000 base
- Real estate, multifamily, or private equity background
- EOS experience (L10s, rocks, scorecards)
- Active user of AI tools, you've already figured out how to work faster with them
- Prior Chief of Staff, Sr. EBP, or Founder Support background
