  • Investor and stakeholder communications: drafted and sent on behalf of leadership
  • Cross-functional follow-through: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Systems and tools: Google Workspace, CRM, task platforms, all kept tight

Requirements

  • 5+ years supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Expert-level Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Proven complex travel coordination experience
  • Exceptional written communication, you write at an executive level
  • U.S.-based; Pacific or Central time zone strongly preferred
  • Compensation aligned with $85,000–$95,000 base
  • Real estate, multifamily, or private equity background
  • EOS experience (L10s, rocks, scorecards)
  • Active user of AI tools, you've already figured out how to work faster with them
  • Prior Chief of Staff, Sr. EBP, or Founder Support background
