About the role
- Foster and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their go-to expert.
- Identify opportunities for our HR consulting/Recruiting services that meet client needs.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of our service offerings.
- Participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance our brand presence.
- Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while fostering positive client relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of **3 years of experience** in sales, preferably in HR consulting, professional services, or related fields.
- A proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
- A passion for understanding clients’ unique recruiting/hiring needs and challenges.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of HR practices and recruiting solutions is a plus!
