• Manage sponsor content, guiding topic selection, materials review, and expectation setting.
• Track event performance and gather actionable feedback through Airtable and standardized reporting tools.
• Optimize and build upon existing templates, documentation, and processes for ongoing continuity and improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistently exceptional member and attendee experiences.
• Leverage advanced tools—including ChatGPT Enterprise and AI-driven workflows—to enhance content creation, streamline planning, and boost operational efficiency.
