About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build deep relationships with members and become a trusted partner to them
Manage day-to-day moderation, member support, and engagement on the Braintrust
Surface member insights to the broader team — what's working, what's not, what's next
Contribute to onboarding new members and helping them get to first value quickly
Help curate live and virtual experiences that bring members together
Identify content opportunities based on member conversations and emerging trends
Pull in the right peers, partners, and topics for community moments
Work closely with the product team to give feedback on platform features
Partner with sales and partnerships teams on sponsor activations and member acquisition
Contribute to team account onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in community, member experience, customer success, programming, marketing, or a closely related role
Track record of running a workstream end-to-end with minimal supervision
Sharp written and verbal communication — you can write a Slack post that gets attention and run a room of 30 executives
High EQ and strong instincts for what executives care about
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment — you're a builder, not a maintainer
Experience with AI-native tools and an opinion about how AI changes community work
Experience working with senior executives (C-Suite preferred) is a strong plus.
