Content Manager

• Lead content creation, editing, and management for The Steve Fund website to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our messaging and goals.
• Manage ongoing updates to web pages, troubleshoot any website issues, and regularly monitor site performance.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, increase organic traffic, and improve user experience.
• Monitor site analytics and generate monthly reports to track progress and optimize content.
• Collaborate with designers to enhance site visuals and user interface.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to support campaign launches, program updates, and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Director of Communication and Marketing, along with other departments, to ensure website content aligns with organizational priorities and reflects current programming and partnerships.
• Ensure the website adheres to web accessibility standards (WCAG) and data protection regulations.

Web Content Manager

Operations

• Create and monitor grant project strategy plans - convening and facilitating, planning meetings, managing, tracking, and updating grant budgets, collecting, and reporting on deliverable/impact data, and completing grant close-out reporting.
• Oversee approved funding agreements to ensure that documentation and reporting requirements are met prior to due dates.
• Oversee and initial drafting of interim and final grant reports.
• Use existing project management and CRM tools (currently Monday.com and Salesforce) to keep workflow information clear and current.
• Commit to engaging seamlessly in a virtual work environment, using Slack, Google Suite tools, and other systems to support transparency and relationship building.
• Ensure smooth and successful internal and external meetings, developing and distributing agendas ahead of time and utilizing both Zoom and Google Meet platforms.
• Maintain and manage complete records and files per The Steve Fund’s record-keeping policies, including funder and proposal information, contracts, paperwork, and key documentation.
• Coordinate with and attend meetings to ensure that the grant project management strategy aligns with the Fundraising goals.
