About the role

  • Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission
  • Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content
  • Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
  • 2+ years of experience project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials
  • Experience working with insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems
  • Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
  • Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles
