About the role

  • Join our team as a National Accounts Manager and play a crucial role in driving premium growth and maximizing customer retention among accounts with over 5,000 lives
  • You'll proactively identify and pursue opportunities as a strategic and consultative partner focused on revenue generation
  • Lead renewal strategies, analyze customer data and claim trends, and collaborate across divisions
  • Take charge of root cause analysis, customer metrics, strategic account planning
  • Own customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Manage the logistics for impactful sales and customer presentations

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years’ of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field
  • Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred
  • Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory
