About the role
- Join our team as a National Accounts Manager and play a crucial role in driving premium growth and maximizing customer retention among accounts with over 5,000 lives
- You'll proactively identify and pursue opportunities as a strategic and consultative partner focused on revenue generation
- Lead renewal strategies, analyze customer data and claim trends, and collaborate across divisions
- Take charge of root cause analysis, customer metrics, strategic account planning
- Own customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle
- Manage the logistics for impactful sales and customer presentations
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years’ of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field
- Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred
- Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office’s assigned territory
