About the role
- Accountable for enterprise-level orchestration of the A360 program
- Ensure integrated planning, dependency management, risk visibility, and executive alignment across all workstreams
- Own the end-to-end program view across all A360 workstreams
- Drive integrated planning and sequencing
- Provide clear, decision-ready insights to executives and steering forums
- Act as the single point of accountability for program-level risk, issue, and escalation management
- Ensure alignment across Agile and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of project & program management experience is required
- 5 years of exposure to budget and reporting
- 5 years of experience managing vendors
- Proven success having built organizational capacity models as well as building a centralized pipeline management model to give visibility to work that is planned to come in
- Proven ability to influence at an executive level both internally and externally
