About the role
- Lead, develop, and support a high‑performing sales support team
- Translate leadership direction into clear, actionable initiatives and process improvements
- Provide territory reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and manage escalations to ensure high-quality customer responses
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales leaders to deliver customer updates and broker feedback
- Enhance SOPs, drive strategic planning, and track productivity and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in customer service including direct leadership experience (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Account management experience (preferred)
