About the role

  • Lead, develop, and support a high‑performing sales support team
  • Translate leadership direction into clear, actionable initiatives and process improvements
  • Provide territory reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and manage escalations to ensure high-quality customer responses
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales leaders to deliver customer updates and broker feedback
  • Enhance SOPs, drive strategic planning, and track productivity and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in customer service including direct leadership experience (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Account management experience (preferred)
