💰 $75,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as the key liaison between producers, customers and the company to drive sales goals and personal success
- Develop and manage a large, dynamic territory, including Charlotte, NC, north of Charlotte (triad: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point), Hickory & Ashville, NC, and east TN
- Effectively utilize the full range of resources we provide to ensure quota attainment, including a full, locally based service team, home office service groups, marketing and development resources, expertise of peers, Managers etc. to attain sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
- Develop and continually improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence via both personal and formal development plans and utilize to compete effectively in the local market
- Prefer candidates located in the Charlotte, NC or Knoxville, TN areas
- Must be able to travel up to 3 days per week within the territory to be considered for this role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Life & health licensing; if not licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire
- Prefer 2+ years of employee benefits sales experience or those with sales experience in the payroll industry
- Driving record: Excellent driving record is required
- Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier
- Must be able to travel up to 2-3 days per week within the territory
- Preferred locations include Charlotte, NC and Knoxville, TN
