Provide program leadership and oversight for CENTAM-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with Census Bureau goals and objectives.
Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
Collaborate with Census Bureau leadership, IT teams, and external stakeholders to coordinate modernization activities and achieve program milestones.
Oversee the development, implementation, and integration of IT solutions supporting demographic and economic data collection, processing, and dissemination.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.
Monitor program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient execution and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
Provide clear communication of program goals, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Program Manager within federal government programs, preferably with the U.S. Census Bureau.
Direct experience supporting the Census Bureau Transformation Application Modernization (CENTAM) program strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT modernization initiatives, systems integration, and program management best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex federal programs with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification strongly desired.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with federal regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.
