About the role
- Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
- Address title, zoning, and land use issues
- Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality service
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in New Mexico
- 8–10 years of experience in real estate law
- Expertise in both transactional real estate and related dispute resolution
- Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
