• Own the full Accounts Receivable function, including oversight of outstanding receivables and collection performance along with commission tracking from various partners
• Ensure accurate invoice tracking and drive timely collection of all AR components
• Develop and implement best practices to improve collection efficiency and accelerate payment cycles
• Utilize HubSpot to track collection efforts, manage client communications, and ensure consistent follow-up
• Work within QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise for invoicing, payment application, reconciliation, and reporting
• Conduct proactive client outreach (phone/email) to follow up on invoices and resolve billing inquiries
• Deliver monthly reporting on outstanding revenue, aging, and collection trends
• Partner with Client Service Directors and the VP of Client Services to align on account status and resolve escalations
• Identify and implement process improvements to overall AR performance

Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Solutions Engineer

• Design and develop Azure Durable Functions using orchestrator and activity patterns
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET 8 (Isolated Worker model)
• Convert legacy PowerShell scripts into stateless, production-grade Azure Functions
• Implement event-driven architectures using Azure Event Hubs and related services
• Develop and optimize data ingestion patterns, including watermark-based change detection and parallel processing
• Ensure system reliability through robust observability, including logging, monitoring, retry logic, and error handling (App Insights)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Azure-based integrations

Azure Integration Engineer – Contract

DevOps Engineer

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including multi-stage deployment and environment promotion (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
• Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure using Bicep, including Function Apps, Key Vault, and App Configuration
• Implement secure authentication and access patterns using Managed Identity and Azure Key Vault
• Manage environment configuration and deployment strategies across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness using Azure-native tools (e.g., Application Insights, Log Analytics)
• Support and maintain hybrid cloud connectivity between Azure and on-prem systems (e.g., SQL Server)
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure best practices in DevOps, security, and scalability
• Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and infrastructure issues across environments
