About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define end-to-end enterprise data and AI architectures across Data platforms (Fabric, Databricks)
Lead discovery sessions, strategy workshops, and innovation hubs
Transition from pre-sales into delivery oversight
Serve as a technical program lead across multiple accounts
Drive customer adoption and satisfaction
Represent the company in strategic client interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years in Enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or equivalent
Data platforms and cloud (Azure preferred)
Proven experience in both pre-sales and delivery leadership roles
Strong experience in at least one major data platform: Microsoft Fabric or Databricks (deep expertise in one required)
Working knowledge across: Data engineering and analytics architectures, AI/ML concepts and applications, Cloud infrastructure and security, Data governance and compliance
Broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem preferred
Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
Highly adaptable—able to learn new technologies quickly
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
