Customer Support

• Provide short-term, project-based assistance to the Comptroller in managing day-to-day accounting functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial processes while supporting The Source’s mission.
• Assist the Comptroller with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports for internal leadership and the Board.
• Help manage grant reporting requirements (HHSC Thriving Texas Families, SRAE, and other funding sources).
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Maintain organized, compliant financial files in accordance with GAAP and The Source’s policies.
• Provide analysis and support for forecasting as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, outreach, development, and operations teams to align expenditures.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect organizational assets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
