What you’ll need- Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Passion for serving women, children, and families while upholding the sanctity of human life
- Bachelor's degree in a related social services field, Registered Nurse (RN), or Certified Community Health Worker
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Case management or care coordination experience preferred
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or motivational interviewing preferred
- Master's Degree in Social Work (Texas Licensed) preferred
