About the role

  • **What you will do in this role:**
  • - **Human-AI Collaboration**: Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma AI) into your daily workflow to brainstorm concepts, generate assets, and accelerate prototyping.
  • - **Designing the Core**: Work alongside Senior Designers and Product Managers to conceptualize and execute design solutions across multiple user interfaces and mobile apps.
  • - **Prototyping & Iterating**: Bring ideas to life quickly. You’ll participate in design sprints, create wireframes, and build high-fidelity prototypes.
  • - **Advocating for the user**: Participate in user research to ensure that our AI-assisted designs actually solve real human problems with empathy and ethics.
  • - **Presenting your work**: Learn how to articulate your design decisions in team critiques. We want to hear why you made the choices you did, and how you used tools to get there.

Requirements

  • **What you bring to the team:**
  • - **A standout portfolio**: We care much more about your taste, your thought process, and your potential than we do about your grades. Show us how you think and how you solve problems.
  • - **Fierce Curiosity**: You don't need to be an AI prompt engineer yet, but you must have a deep curiosity about how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of design and a willingness to experiment daily.
  • - **The fundamentals**: A recent degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. You know the rules of typography, layout, and color theory well enough to know when to break them.
  • - **Toolbox basics**: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • - **A growth mindset: **You are open to constructive feedback and leave your ego at the door. You know that the first draft is never the final draft.
