Account Manager

• Own a defined portfolio of Alphaliner accounts organised by geographical area and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day relationship management
• Lead renewal conversations commercially and independently, negotiating contract terms
• Conduct regular account reviews, business reviews, and check-ins to ensure clients derive full value from the platform
• Monitor account health, flag risks early, and develop mitigation plans before renewals are at risk
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the existing account base, including new users, additional products, and broader platform adoption
• Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and reactive response to inbound leads
• Report directly to the Commercial Director and collaborate with account managers and the Alphaliner analyst team
