About the role
- Primary point of contact on all project-related elements – opening, archiving & retrospectives
- Identify, input, and submit all project needs into Monday.com at the start of every project
- Responsible for leading Internal Status and appropriate distribution of Reports to teams
- Key player in ensuring expectations are clearly articulated with to turn ideas into reality
- Coordinate internal departments involved in the development and implementation of ongoing projects, seeking efficiencies in internal workflow
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and escalating a strong two-way communication channel between Program Director, ensuring Program Director is aware of direction, challenges, and required decisions or guidance
- Collaborative planning through orchestrating workflows, ensuring project plans reflect the collective expertise of the team
- Present process, project health (budget, timelines, resources), and plans
- Approach challenges from a solution-oriented mindset, leaning into tools and methodology
- Development, execution, and maintenance of Estimate Workbooks
- Partner with Program Lead for Scoping as necessary
- Speak to project budgets, timelines, and resources based on familiarity of project management
- Active desire to understand internal dynamics and seek moments for continuous learning
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management role
- 1-2 years managing projects in an Agency environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, or immediate desire to learn these methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to organize and lead the efforts of a team of designers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- Must be detail-oriented and have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-through, and a great record of delivering successful projects
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead projects with teams and stakeholders across locations
