• Manage the Pilot Pipeline: Oversee the daily workflow of the pilot program, actively selecting the best aggregated content from the main team and directing social producers on how to swiftly convert it into video formats.
• Format Development: Collaborate closely with the VP of Content Development to design, test, and iterate distinct, repeatable short-form and medium-form video commentary structures.
• Talent Coaching: Guide on-camera hosts and voiceover talent to establish a sharp, authoritative, yet culturally authentic commentary and analysis tone.
• Scripting & Storyboarding: Edit and refine short-form scripts and video outlines to ensure commentary is punchy, legally sound, and optimized for viewer retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader newsroom, video editors, and leadership to seamlessly integrate the pilot workflow into daily operations without disrupting core traffic.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time audience reception, comment sentiment, and retention metrics alongside leadership to quickly pivot formats during the experimental sprint.

Senior Social Video Producer, Content Editor

• Serve as the primary on-camera personality and voice for short-form and medium-form pilot videos, delivering engaging commentary and sharp cultural analysis.
• Swiftly write and adapt short-form scripts based on breaking celebrity news, trending topics, and current TSR aggregated content.
• Actively collaborate with the production team, applying constructive feedback to continuously refine, test, and mold your on-camera persona to match the TSR brand voice.
• Provide, set up, and maintain a clean, visually appealing on-camera environment (such as a professional home office or studio-like space) to serve as the backdrop for daily content.
• Film yourself and utilize basic video editing, sound capture and graphic design skills to quickly package raw content for social feeds under tight deadlines.
• Monitor real-time audience reactions in the comments and through platform data to understand the Roomies’ perspective and adapt your on-camera approach to better connect with the community.

Social Video Producer – TEMP

Operations

• Manage the final delivery stage of the pilot program by uploading fully produced video assets across various social media channels according to the editorial schedule.
• Format, convert, and optimize video exports to meet the specific technical requirements, aspect ratios, and file constraints of different social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Maintain a clean, organized digital workspace using FTP protocols, cloud storage, and asset management tools to ensure seamless file sharing between remote team members.
• Assist with the technical setup, monitoring, and backend management of live streaming sessions, ensuring stable broadcasts and troubleshooting minor connectivity issues.
• Track production timelines, keep tabs on pending deliverables, and coordinate schedules to keep the fast-paced remote team aligned and meeting daily deadlines.
• Provide general operational support to the Senior Producer and On-Camera Host, helping to streamline workflows and solve logistical hurdles as they arise.
