Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Change Management or behavioral Analysis certifications/degree is an asset
- Agile project management training/certification/degree is an asset
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in corporate communications
- Extensive experience in internal communications, change management, and employee engagement within large corporate environments
- Exceptional English writing skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Hands-on experience managing SharePoint intranet portals
- Skilled in content creation across multiple channels
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience supporting IT-related communications initiatives
