Lead HR data analysis, including requirements gathering, data integrity checks, and reports
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Data Analytics teams to define reporting needs
Provide regular people‑analytics updates to HR leadership
Review HR processes and recommend enhancements to improve data accuracy
Support enhancements to cloud‑based HR systems
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or process issues
Gather and document business requirements for HR data migration
Conduct data audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting
Support change‑management activities
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement for People Experience initiatives

Requirements

University degree in computer science or a related field
7–10 years of experience in data analysis or data‑migration projects
3–5 years of Workday experience
2–3 years of experience in data governance
Strong proficiency with Workday reporting and/or Workday functional certification
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to frequent change
