About the role
- Lead HR data analysis, including requirements gathering, data integrity checks, and reports
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Data Analytics teams to define reporting needs
- Provide regular people‑analytics updates to HR leadership
- Review HR processes and recommend enhancements to improve data accuracy
- Support enhancements to cloud‑based HR systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or process issues
- Gather and document business requirements for HR data migration
- Conduct data audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting
- Support change‑management activities
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement for People Experience initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in data analysis or data‑migration projects
- 3–5 years of Workday experience
- 2–3 years of experience in data governance
- Strong proficiency with Workday reporting and/or Workday functional certification
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to frequent change
