Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute TSF's demand generation strategy across paid, owned, earned, and lifecycle marketing channels.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
• Manage paid acquisition programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and pipeline targets.
• Optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and lead capture strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using marketing and sales data, making recommendations based on key performance metrics.
• Build dashboards and regularly report on marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on emerging marketing trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
