Write and review production code regularly

Elevate developer productivity by improving tooling, workflows, and engineering practices
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proven ability to independently design and deliver large, scalable systems end-to-end in distributed, cloud native environments
Demonstrated execution leadership on complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives
Strong systems design expertise, including data modeling, API design, event-driven architectures, and performance optimization
Experience reviewing production code at scale
Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving high-impact production issues
Experience leading the adoption of AI and LLM-powered development workflows
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable directions
