Performance Marketing

• Wir suchen dich als Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social (gn) bei More Nutrition, um unsere Paid-Social-Kampagnen auf das nächste Level zu bringen und nachhaltiges Wachstum voranzutreiben.
• Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Steuerung unserer Paid-Social-Kampagnen (Meta, TikTok, u. a.) und optimierst sie auf Performance und Wachstum.
• Du entwickelst datengetriebene Kampagnenstrategien, die Neukunden gewinnen und unseren Customer Lifetime Value steigern.
• Du testest kontinuierlich Creatives, Placements, Zielgruppen und Bidding-Strategien, um Budgets effizient einzusetzen.

• Steuerung und Optimierung von SEA-Kampagnen (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Profitabilität

• This role involves market and consumer analysis, developing brand strategies and marketing plans, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing product innovation, and managing promotional campaigns. You’ll need strong consumer insight skills, trend awareness, and the ability to connect brand storytelling with business growth.
• This is a remote position and must be based in Florida
• Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop annual brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and our target audience.
• Market & Consumer Insight: Conduct market and industry analysis, gather consumer insights through research, and monitor key trends to inform strategy.
• Product Innovation: Partner with product teams to align capabilities with market needs, supporting innovation and pipeline development.
