About the role
- You are responsible for building, launching and scaling Bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More
- You manage the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplace channels – from planning and go-live to ongoing operational development
- You analyze market potential, competitors and consumer trends and derive concrete growth strategies
- You optimize product listings, content and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion
- You define relevant KPIs, track performance and derive data-driven measures to increase revenue and profit
- You work closely with teams in Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure efficient scaling
- You bring new ideas, monitor e‑commerce developments and implement innovative concepts in a practical way
Requirements
- You have a degree or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce, online retail or marketplace management
- You have 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally focused on European marketplaces (e.g., Bol.com, OTTO, Allegro or similar platforms)
- You have experience building and scaling new sales channels – ideally in consumer goods or the ePharmacy sector
- You are proficient with marketplace tools, content management systems and performance analytics
- You think analytically and data-driven, but also take a pragmatic, hands-on approach to implementation
- You act entrepreneurially, show initiative and enjoy working cross-functionally with other teams
- You are fluent in German and English (business proficient)
