About the role
- You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's established objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
- You acquire new customers with regard to profitability and the continuous identification of market potential
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while complying with The Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail
- Ideally, you have a commercial/business-related qualification
- You are a strong communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with KPIs, selling, and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are proficient with digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel, and flexible regarding your place of residence
