About the role

  • You execute Germany’s contribution to the B2B Expansion Roadmap
  • You ensure all prospect customers are reviewed and approved by the General Manager
  • You own end-to-end commercial readiness for new B2B customers from preparation to go-live
  • You lead the execution of the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
  • You translate portfolio priorities into clear NOI targets, distribution targets and sales cycle focus
  • You track execution versus plan and proactively close performance gaps
  • You ensure strong execution of Sales Fundamentals including assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising
  • You act as the single point of contact for Germany towards all internal stakeholders
  • You manage daily B2B business performance against defined targets
  • You identify, share and scale best practices across markets

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within food, beverage or lifestyle brands
  • You bring a strong track record across marketing and sales roles with a clear commercial mindset
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution strength
  • You communicate confidently and manage stakeholders effectively across functions
  • You demonstrate a high level of ownership and a strong drive for results
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
  • You are willing to travel approximately 60 percent of your time within Germany including HH/HQ
  • You are fluent in German and English
