About the role

  • You will implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end readiness of new B2B clients — from approval to go-live
  • You will manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
  • You will translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets
  • You will analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective actions
  • You will ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals — assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising
  • You will act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations
  • You will share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food, beverage, or lifestyle categories
  • You have a proven track record in marketing, sales, or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
  • You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales management, or channel management
  • You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and take ownership
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
  • You work KPI-driven and have strong analytical capabilities
  • You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  • You are willing to travel — approximately 60% across Germany, including Hamburg and HQ
  • You are fluent in German and English
