About the role
- You implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
- You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers — from approval to go-live
- You manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
- You translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution, and sales targets
- You analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and derive effective actions
- You ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals — assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- You act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations
- You share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally
Requirements
- You have at least 7 years' experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in food, beverage, or lifestyle
- You have a proven track record in marketing, sales, or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
- You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales steering, or channel management
- You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented way, and take ownership
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
- You are KPI-driven and possess strong analytical skills
- You are comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- You are willing to travel, approximately 60% across Germany including Hamburg and the HQ
- You are fluent in German and English (business fluent)
