About the role
- You manage and develop your customers in line with the company’s defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
- You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and continuously identify market potential
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while adhering to the Quality Group’s financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales as well as in grocery retail within the FMCG sector
- Ideally, you have a commercial/business-related apprenticeship or qualification
- You are an effective communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy building networks
- You enjoy working with KPIs and numbers, love selling, and are passionate about our products
- You are proficient with digital media and actively contribute new ideas
- You hold a driver’s license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
