About the role
- You manage and develop your customers in line with the company's defined objectives and implement region-specific sales promotion measures
- You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential
- You provide expert advice on sales promotion materials while complying with the Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitor activity
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales and in grocery retail within the FMCG sector
- Ideally, you have a commercial vocational qualification
- You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with performance metrics, are motivated by sales and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are comfortable using digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel and are flexible regarding your place of residence
