About the role
- You are responsible for B2B expansion and new-customer execution in international markets and act as the central interface to HQ and key stakeholders
- You ensure operational excellence in the markets, support execution and issue resolution, and align market needs with central deliverables
- You ensure all international markets and relevant channels have a quarterly Channel Activity Master Plan (CAMP) and support markets in defining NOI targets, distribution goals and sales priorities
- You ensure timely submission and consistent implementation of the CAMPs
- You drive the implementation of central sales fundamentals including assortment and product priorities, pricing architecture, promotions and merchandising excellence
- You build and develop commercial capabilities within the B2B sales organization
- You establish clear ways of working, governance structures and timelines for B2B execution and support less mature markets in translating the go-to-market strategy into actionable plans
- You ensure consistency across all markets while enabling local adaptations
- You ensure commercial readiness along the end-to-end new customer process, track progress, identify risks early and escalate relevant gaps
- You monitor execution status across all markets and actively promote the exchange of best practices and learnings
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' professional experience with FMCG food or lifestyle brands
- Strong track record across various marketing and sales roles
- Generalist profile with a pronounced commercial mindset
- Solid experience in or with international markets such as Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH), Benelux, Italy or the UK
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High ownership mindset and strong execution focus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-driven environment
- Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 60%), including to HQ in Hamburg and to international markets
- Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
