About the role

  • You take global ownership of B2B playbooks, toolboxes, CAMP, and Sales Fundamentals
  • You develop scalable B2B sales frameworks with strong brand and channel consistency
  • You ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery of all tools to the markets
  • You leverage market feedback and performance KPIs to continuously improve SGM and GTM excellence
  • You drive Sales Fundamentals excellence across assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising
  • You align D2C and B2B activities with the goal of a holistic omnichannel strategy
  • You strengthen capabilities, collaboration, and a one-team mindset across B2B sales organizations
  • You lead cross-functional SGM and GTM initiatives and translate strategy into market-ready execution
  • You identify best practices, foster creativity, and elevate storytelling and executional excellence
  • You support the GTM Director with clear insights, recommendations, and decision-ready input

Requirements

  • You bring 7–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG food or lifestyle brands
  • You have a strong track record across different marketing and sales roles
  • You combine a generalist profile with a pronounced commercial mindset
  • You have experience working with international markets such as AT, CH, Benelux, Italy, or the UK
  • You stand out through strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You take full ownership and consistently drive topics through to execution
  • You work in a structured, analytical, and hands-on manner
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, growth-driven environment
  • You are willing to travel extensively, around 60% to HH/HQ and international markets
  • You are fluent in German and English
