About the role
- You manage and develop your customers within the framework of established company objectives and implement regional sales-promoting measures
- You acquire new customers with consideration for profitability and continuously identify market potential
- You provide expert advice on point-of-sale materials while adhering to Quality Group's financial guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitor activity
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales and in grocery retail within the FMCG sector
- Ideally you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You communicate strongly, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with KPIs, selling and are passionate about our products
- You are comfortable with digital media and like contributing new ideas
- You hold a driver's license (Class B), are willing to travel and flexible regarding your place of residence
