About the role

  • You support our Key Account Managers (KAM) in building and strengthening the company’s most important customer relationships and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (including Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, and fulfillment partners).
  • In coordination with the KAMs and other specialist teams, you prepare presentations and meetings for our partners and serve as an important content sparring partner.
  • Your strong commercial mindset supports the development of new business areas and our international expansion.
  • You communicate confidently and consistently with central buyers and service providers.
  • You make data-driven decisions and produce reports.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational qualification with relevant further training is also welcome.
  • You have already gained 1–3 years of professional experience and have knowledge in project and/or process management, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
  • You are a generalist with a quick grasp, decisiveness and a hands-on mentality.
  • Advanced use of MS Office is a matter of course for you; experience with leading CRM, ERP and shop/e-commerce systems is a plus.
  • For internal and external communication you have very good written and spoken German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
  • You have a strong interest in the German and European FMCG sector and a passion for our products.
