About the role
- Manage a portfolio of recovery cases from intake through resolution
- Navigate insurance carrier systems to validate and advance claims
- Identify high-value recovery opportunities using internal tools and datasets
- Communicate with payers to drive case progression and negotiate outcomes
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure data integrity
- Partner with Legal and Operations on complex or escalated cases
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, analytics, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
- Clear, professional written communication
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively
- High ownership and self-direction; you operate well without heavy oversight
- Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly
