About the role
- Provide project management support for major cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Manage and maintain the marketing organization’s MarTech stack
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing dashboards to track KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment between sales and marketing processes
- Document processes and track deliverables to enhance operational clarity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or MarTech administration
- Proven experience with MarTech tools such as Salesforce Account Engagement, GA4, and SEO platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational and process-development skills
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist preferred.
