About the role
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on business strategy
- Lead the scrum team with engineering lead
- Understand design principles and discuss technical trade-offs
- Work with designers for user experience testing
- Conduct discovery, user research, build prototypes, and design tests
- Collaborate on roadmaps, features, and stakeholder engagement
- Use data to drive product decisions and success metrics
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in technical product management
- 3+ years of experience in web site optimization or growth teams supporting marketing and sales
- Experience with A/B testing tools
- Strong familiarity with front-end web development concepts (HTML/CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap)
- Strong familiarity with SDLC management and productivity tools (Jira/Confluence, Trello, Git, Figma, Miro)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent real-world expertise
